CHEF MIKE ROSS
Cubby's Catering Owner and Head Chef Mike Ross has worked as assistant to the executive chef at Tavern On The Green in
New York City. He also has worked as a professional Chef at the following establishments: Lake Mohonk Mountain House, Lake Minnewaska Mountain
House, Strawberry Fields Cafe and Holiday Inn in Suffern, NY. He has been a long-term food preparation volunteer at Temple Beth Shalom
in Livingston, New Jersey.
In early 2006, Chef Ross purchased Springfield Kosher Deli in Springfield, NJ as the first retail store serving the fine selection
of kosher foods prepared by Cubby's Kosher Catering.
Mike resides in Livingston, NJ, with his wife and two daughters.
