On behalf of the Take Pride in Springfield Committee and the Township of Springfield, I would like to thank you for your participation in the Township's July 4th celebration. Clearly, you worked very hard to ensure that the spectators had plenty of good food to eat while they enjoyed the festivities.

The July 4th celebration is one of the biggest events in Springfield. Thousands of people come out for the fireworks, rides, band, and food. When you volunteered to be the sole food vendor, you took on a very large responsibility. Thank you for all your cooperation during the event and the good will you showed the Township.

The Take Pride in Springfield Committee and I look forward to working with you again in the future.  Much success with your business.

On behalf of Congregation Beth Shalom and our New Years Eve Committee we want to thank you and let you know how much we appreciate your support in our endeavor to have a wonderful New Years Eve party.

My husband believed there is no rotisserie chicken better than Costco's chicken. He ate Costco's chicken for dinner and I had yours.  "His and Hers".

He tasted some of yours later and admitted "You're right!  This is better!" Biggest complement you could get.  He was a staunch believer, before!

I researched everywhere for the perfect matzoh ball last holiday and I was unsuccessful. I tried many recipes myself, to no avail. Some said "it's the seltzer," some said "chicken fat" will do it. No luck. Then I tried yours. PERFECT! I found it.
